To start the removal process on Whitepages.com, go to the homepage and conduct a search for your profile. Be sure to enter your full name when conducting a search. After locating your profile, click on “View Details” and confirm that the profile is yours.

Copy the URL of your profile from the address bar, and then continue to Whitepages.com’s opt-out page here. Paste the URL of your profile into the empty field, and then click on the “Next” button.

You will arrive at a final confirmation page, and from there confirm one last time that this is your profile. If it is your profile, click on the “Next” button. Select the reason for your removal from the dropdown menu. You may leave a comment if you prefer as well, but it is not required. After you’ve done this, click on the “Next” button.

Enter a phone number to verify your removal request, and check the box to verify that you are associated with the phone number provided. You will receive a phone call to this number asking to supply a verification code. Click on “Call now to verify” to resume.

On the phone call, a four-digit code will be provided to you to confirm your removal request. From here, follow the instructions and provide the verification code when prompted.

If the removal request is successful, you will receive confirmation and Whitepages.com will move forward with your removal request. If there are any technical difficulties or issues with your request, you will need to submit a ticket to their Customer Care Team. You can do this by clicking on the “Request Help” button in the lower right corner of the website.
