To remove your information from GoLookUp, go to their opt-out page. 

You may also navigate to this page by going to GoLookUp.com, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and clicking on the “Opt Out” link in the footer.

Fill out the opt-out form with your information and choose “Delete My Information” under “Type of Request.” Complete the CAPTCHA verification, then click “Submit.”

After your submission, you’ll receive a message that your request has been received. Your information should be removed from the site within 7 days. There should not be any follow-up needed but we recommend checking back within a week to see if the page was taken down from GoLookUp.
